I bring a wealth of experience, having worked in hospitals, non-profit organizations, and the private sector. I specialize in counseling for individuals, couples, and families. With a master’s degree in clinical counseling, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in crisis, including those dealing with suicidal distress and minors in need of help here in Ontario. To further enhance my work, I’ve recently trained in EMDR therapy, a powerful trauma treatment that I’m excited to offer in our sessions.
